2. Cable trays should be provided with hangers or supports in the following places:
2.1 0.5m at both ends of the bridge joint;
2.2 1.5 ~ 3m every interval;
2.4 vertical bridges every 1.5 meters.
3. The hanger and support equipment adhere to the vertical, regular, robust and non-skew appearance.
4. The bolts of the bridge connecting plate are fixed and not lost, and the nuts are located outside the bridge.
5. Cable trays should be laid under flammable and explosive gas pipelines and thermal pipelines.
6. The total length of the metal bridge and its support should be no less than 2 places grounded or connected to zero.
7. The two ends of the connecting piece between the metal bridges are not less than two fixing bolts with lock nuts or lock washers, and the two ends of the connecting piece are not less than 4mm2 copper core ground wire.
8. Bridge equipment should meet the following requirements:
8.1 The left and right errors of the bridge are not more than 50mm;
8.2 The error of the level of the bridge frame per meter shall not be greater than 2mm;
8.3 The vertical error of the bridge should not be greater than 3mm.
The cable bridges in building electrical engineering are all steel products, and non-metal bridges or aluminum alloy bridges used in industrial engineering to prevent corrosion are rarely used. Therefore, its grounding or zero connection is very important. The purpose is not to ensure the safe operation of the power supply main circuit. Some constructions are depicted on the bottom of the bridge frame. A protective ground wire (PE) made of copper or galvanized flat steel is laid throughout the line. And there are several electrical connection points with each section of the bridge frame, the grounding or zero-connection protection of the bridge is very reliable, so the inspection in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this article can be omitted during inspection.
